Zach Kamphuis

General Manager at Commerce7

Zach Kamphuis is the general manager at Commerce7 and works with wineries to assist in creating great consumer shopping experiences through all DTC sales channels. Zach believes that customer experience is the primary reason why a consumer chooses a brand and that for wineries to meet consumer expectations in 2019, they must adopt a more customer-centric approach when selling online. Zach holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Victoria.

Kara Golden

Founder and CEO at Hint, Inc.

Kara Goldin is the Founder and CEO of Hint, Inc., a healthy lifestyle brand that produces the leading, award-winning, unsweetened flavored water, as well as a scented sunscreen that is oxybenzone and paraben-free.

Kara has received numerous accolades, including being named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2017 Northern California, one of In Style’s 2019 Badass 50, one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business and one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs. The Huffington Post listed her as one of six disruptors in business, alongside Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg.

Previously, Kara was at AOL, where she helped lead the growth of its shopping and ecommerce
business to over $1 billion.

In 2016, she launched The Kara Network, a mentoring platform to help other entrepreneurs, and she recently launched the podcast Unstoppable, where she interviews disruptors across various industries.

Michael Rodenburgh

Executive VP, Canada at IPSOS

Michael Rodenburgh is Executive VP for Ipsos in Western Canada and leads the country’s cannabis consulting practice. In his role, works with a wide range of global cannabis producers, regulators, retailers and accessories manufacturers on topics ranging from brand development, new product innovation, market segmentation, and customer experience. He speaks regularly at cannabis conferences and has written numerous articles on cannabis consumption habits.

Michael has been in the marketing research industry for over 20 years and has held senior executive positions in client services, product development, and business development. Michael is an award-winning researcher and is a MRIA's “Best in Class” award recipient in 2003 for the best overall research study in Canada, and more recently “Best Paper” at the November 2012 ESOMAR Digital 3D Dimensions conference in Amsterdam.

He is a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) and has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from McMaster University.

Jennifer Jo Wiseman

V.P Central Innovation at E. & J. Gallo Winery

Jennifer Jo has spent over 30 years joyously listening to the signals of life and using that knowledge to innovate. Her experience spans diverse companies (E&J Gallo Winery, The Gillette Company, Proctor and Gamble, Pepsi-Cola, consulting firms, small manufacturing firms), industries (all CPG categories and services) and disciplines (market/consumer/shopper insights, brand development, product guidance and development, quality control, consumer relations, ad claims and technology development. No matter what the situation she believes that human empathy drives better business results!

Currently, her multi-discplinary team of like-minded scientists, technologists and business leaders:

- Identify growth opportunities for the winery
- create new technology, product and brand innovation and
- launch new opportunities into the marketplace

Jeff Seibert

Speaker & Entrepreneur

Jeff Seibert is the co-founder of Digits and an experienced serial entrepreneur and angel investor. Jeff previously served as Twitter's Head of Consumer Product and led the company's efforts across Twitter for iOS, Android and the Web.

Jeff was the co-founder and CEO of Crashlytics, an award-winning mobile crash-reporting service that's installed on over 5 Billion active smartphones worldwide. After Twitter acquired Crashlytics in 2013, he was named Senior Director, Developer Platform and oversaw Twitter's developer- and publisher-facing product efforts. Crashlytics was then acquired by Google in 2017 and is now the de-facto crash reporting solution for Android.

Jeff previously co-founded Increo in 2007 and served as its COO until its acquisition by Box in 2009. At Box, he was the Engineering Manager for desktop sync and mobile, and led the company's R&D office in Boston.
He is a frequent presenter on both entrepreneurial and technical topics, and has lectured at Stanford, Harvard, and MIT.
